Salvatio Terms And Conditions


Application and Account Details

If you are under 18, you may use salvatio.dk only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Salvatio Push reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. An electronic copy of each order is held by Salvatio Push but will not be accessible to you. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

Delivery

Delivery will be confirmed at checkout. Standard delivery is charged at DKK65.00

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the courier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folder.

Returns

Simply return any unused item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the product (provided it is in a new, unused condition in the original pachage). Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Salvatio Push.

If you do not return the item within the time specified we may retain the item and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken.
Items are refunded to your card when they reach a Salvatio warehouse. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to show on your card.

Faulty Item

You as a consumer are basically granted a 24-month right to make a complaint.
If you discover a defect in a purchased item, you must contact Salvatio as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the defect consists of.
If the product becomes faulty in use, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the fault and Salvatio will make sure to repair the item, however the warranty would not cover any physical damage.
